For suppliers

You deliver ex works. We handle the export.

Wati Export Service gives European manufacturers access to institutional buyers across African markets — hospitals, health centres, laboratories, universities, public authorities, NGOs and distributors. You treat the deal like a domestic sale; we handle export documentation, customs paperwork, logistics coordination and all communication in the destination market.

Division of roles

What you handle as a manufacturer — and what we handle

The division of tasks is clear from the start. You focus on the product and its provision; everything after that is on us.

Your role as manufacturer

  • Product in the agreed specification and quality
  • Conformity documents and certificates for your products
  • Provision ex works or at a named handover point in Europe
  • Packaging to your usual export standard
  • One contact person for questions on specification and availability

Our role as export partner

  • Approaching and supporting buyers in the destination market
  • Preparing the quotation and negotiating with the end customer
  • Export documentation and customs paperwork
  • Logistics coordination: we coordinate and arrange through qualified logistics partners and do not carry out transport ourselves
  • All correspondence in the destination market in French, German and English
  • Full handling of the transaction, so no workload arises for you in the destination market
Manufacturers we look for

Which manufacturers this is relevant for

We are currently building our supplier network in four areas.

Medical and hospital supplies

We are looking for manufacturers of hospital and practice equipment, diagnostics, instruments and medical consumables. Products suited to hospitals and health centres with limited infrastructure are particularly relevant. Complete conformity documentation is a prerequisite.

Laboratory equipment

We are looking for manufacturers of analytical instruments, microscopy, laboratory furniture, reagents and laboratory consumables. Robust devices with clear documentation and information on maintenance and spare parts are of particular interest.

Hygiene and consumables

We are looking for manufacturers of personal protective equipment, disinfectants and cleaning products as well as hygiene consumables. Reliable resupply capacity and export-ready packaging units matter most.

Logistics partners

We are looking for freight forwarders and providers for sea and air freight, customs clearance and warehousing in Europe. Experience with shipments to Africa is valuable.

Target markets

Target markets and buyer groups

Our focus is the trade corridor from Europe to Africa.

Corridor Europe → Africa

The starting point is Duisburg. We address institutional buyers across African markets, for example in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Shipments run by sea and air freight together with qualified logistics partners.

All communication with these buyers is conducted in French, German and English.

Buyer groups in the destination market

  • Hospitals and clinics
  • Health centres
  • Laboratories and diagnostic facilities
  • Universities and training institutions
  • Public authorities and institutions
  • NGOs and international organisations
  • Local distributors and specialist dealers
Process

How a collaboration starts

1
Get in touch with a portfolio overview
Send us a short description of your product range via the form, ideally with a catalogue or price list.
2
Matching against concrete demand
We check which of your products fit the enquiries reaching us from the destination market and come back with an assessment.
3
Quotation to the end customer
If there is a match, we prepare a quotation for the buyer based on your terms and run the negotiation.
4
Execution
Once an order is placed, you deliver ex works or to the agreed handover point. Export, customs, logistics coordination and customer communication are on us.
No risk in getting in touch

No exclusivity, no registration fee, no obligation. An enquiry is simply a first conversation — you decide on each individual transaction.
